1. Who supplies the pack?
Digital Resource Packs are supplied by GlinTiss Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14895106. Registered office: 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Contact us about orders, access, cancellation or complaints at shop@dryannis.co.uk.
These terms concern digital packs. Separate terms apply to live sessions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
2. What you are buying
The Contract Law pack comprises the edited 1 hour 27 minute teaching recording and supporting resources listed on the product page: six SQE-style MCQs with detailed explanations, slides, a timestamped transcript, a revision checklist, getting-started instructions and links to SRA question resources. No physical item is delivered.
The teaching is in English and concerns English Contract Law. It is based on the September 2026 Super Session. It supports revision and does not replace a complete course, constitute advice on an individual legal matter or guarantee an exam outcome. The transcript was produced using automated tools and may contain transcription errors. We remain responsible for supplying content that meets its description and your statutory rights.
3. Price, discounts and payment
The pack price is £19.99, paid once through Stripe. YouTube Prepper-level members and paying Dr Yannis Substack members may use an eligible £5 discount code, reducing the price to £14.99. Enter your code and check the amount before paying. The pack has no recurring charge or automatic renewal.
The stated price includes tax. There is no delivery charge. The £14.99 member price is the total after the £5 discount. Use the code offered to your eligible membership and check that the discount has been applied before completing payment.
Contract formation: your order is accepted when we email an order confirmation. A payment receipt alone is not an access notification. We will provide the agreed product details, price, access dates, terms and any early-supply consent confirmation in a form you can retain.
4. Google account and manual delivery
A Google account is required. Resources are hosted privately on Google Drive and are shared with your named Google account. You must provide the email associated with that account when purchasing. It need not be a Gmail address. Do not provide your Google password.
All purchases require the early-supply consent and acknowledgement explained in section 6. We manually authorise access within 24 hours of successful payment and receipt of a valid Google-account email. This is not instant or automatic access. If the address is incorrect or cannot be authorised, we will ask you to correct it; contact us promptly for help.
Access lasts one year from purchase, not from first use or authorisation. We will confirm the expiry date. Forwarding the folder link does not authorise another person. You need internet access, a browser or app compatible with Google Drive video playback, and a PDF reader for the documents. Your own connectivity charges are separate.
The video is streaming-only. The PDFs can be downloaded for your personal study. Downloading a PDF does not permit you to share or resell it. If you change your Google account, contact us to arrange an identity and order check before access is changed.
We offer this pack with manual authorisation within 24 hours, not deferred delivery after the cancellation period. If you do not wish to give the separate early-supply consent and acknowledgement at checkout, do not complete the purchase. Payment does not itself grant Google Drive access or waive cancellation rights.
5. Personal use and availability
Your access is for your own learning and cannot be transferred. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload or share the recording, documents or account access. This does not prevent uses permitted by law. Third-party SRA resources remain subject to their own terms.
If Google Drive or a resource is temporarily unavailable, contact us. We will take reasonable steps to restore the agreed access or provide an appropriate remedy. Third-party hosting does not remove our responsibility for the pack. We will not make changes that remove your agreed rights or use later terms to reduce an existing purchase’s access period.
Eligibility: these packs, like all purchasable Dr Yannis products, are not available to anyone currently studying with Dr Yannis in an institutional setting. If this applies to you, do not purchase. Contact us if you are unsure.
The recording is the September 2026 resource and will not be updated. PDFs may be updated, but no schedule or guarantee of comprehensive ongoing updates is promised. Check the current assessment specification and applicable law as part of your wider preparation. These statements do not limit our obligation to remedy faulty or misdescribed content.
6. Change-of-mind cancellation
If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. You can notify us by a clear statement emailed to shop@dryannis.co.uk or sent to our postal address above. The optional form below may be used, but is not required. Send your notice before the cancellation period expires.
To purchase this pack for supply within 24 hours, you must separately give express consent to supply beginning before that period ends and acknowledge that you lose the change-of-mind cancellation right when supply begins. We will confirm both in the contract confirmation. Paying, accepting general terms or merely ticking an access-requirements box is not a substitute for that consent.
You retain the cancellation right until supply begins, even if you have requested early supply. We do not offer a deferred-supply checkout option: if you decline the required consent or acknowledgement, you cannot complete a purchase. We must not supply content during the cancellation period without the required consent and acknowledgement. If the legal conditions for early supply or confirmation are not met, the relevant statutory cancellation protections apply and you bear no cost for digital content supplied during the cancellation period where regulation 37(4) applies.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund all payments for the cancelled pack without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no refund fee. The cancellation period may be extended where legally required cancellation information has not been provided.

7. Faulty content and other statutory remedies
The content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us and accepted by us, and as described. If it does not meet those standards, you may be entitled to repair or replacement at our cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions are met, you may instead be entitled to an appropriate price reduction, which can be the full price. Other statutory remedies, including those for qualifying damage to your device or other digital content, remain available.
These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation and continue even where you agreed to early supply. Please tell us about an access or content problem at shop@dryannis.co.uk so we can address it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Additional purchaser benefits
The pack includes an optional community engagement bonus, with details disclosed after purchase. Participation is not required to use the teaching materials.
The three-month Substack offer applies only to purchasers who do not already have an ongoing Dr Yannis Substack or YouTube Prepper membership. Follow the redemption instructions included in the pack. This offer is distinct from the £5 purchase discount for YouTube Prepper-level members and paying Dr Yannis Substack members.
The Substack benefit is activated manually and runs for three months from activation. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. Follow the included instructions to request activation.
There is no redemption deadline for the optional community engagement bonus while it remains available, but the bonus may be withdrawn at any time. Its availability is not guaranteed for the full one-year pack-access period. Withdrawal does not affect your access to the purchased teaching resources or your statutory rights.
9. Personal information and contact
Your order information and Google-account email are used to process your purchase, authorise access and provide support. Stripe handles payment processing and Google Drive hosts the resources. See the GlinTiss privacy policy. Purchasing does not by itself enrol you in the live-events mailing list.

10. Law and consumer protection
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law; these terms do not impose exclusive English jurisdiction on all customers.
